We are hiring a Senior Payroll Accountant to support our growing Global Shared Service Payroll Accounting function for an international organization. You will help ensure correct payroll accounting across jurisdictions, reconcile internal systems, and resolve complex cases while working with auditors and partner teams. Responsibilities

Execute payroll accounting for designated EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and maintain US GAAP bookkeeping for payroll-related activities, including standard accounting entries and accruals

Review and reconcile payroll data across internal systems to maintain alignment and correctness

Resolve complicated payroll cases through investigation and prompt follow-up

Partner with cross-functional teams to enable payroll-related activities

Handle audit inquiries and join regular sessions with internal and external auditors

Oversee payroll-related topics within local audits

Support ongoing process improvement work by analyzing gaps and validating new enhancements with other teams

Create ad-hoc reports when requested
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Advanced MS Office capability, especially strong Excel skills

Working experience with ERP systems, with SAP as an advantage

Company acquisition experience, considered an advantage

Strong ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to control and process information from multiple sources

Good oral and written communication skills in English (B1+ level or higher)
