Job Title: Mid level Contract Attorney (Remote – Canada & U.S. Barred)

About the Role:
We are a dynamic and growing boutique law firm focused on delivering efficient, high-quality legal services to clients in the financial and corporate sectors. We are currently seeking a junior attorney with some contract experience to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This is a remote position with the expectation of transitioning to full-time as the practice expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and redline commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, engagement letters, joinders)
- Assist with client communications and internal legal operations
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of a Canadian OR US Bar (required)
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years of experience in contract drafting or review
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a remote, virtual-first environment
