As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will coordinate the administration and maintenance of the certified Quality and Food Safety systems, ensuring their agreement on Givaudan global policies. Also, you will improve the management of Supplier and Customer Quality programmes, aligned with the global policies.
You will report to the Quality Assurance Coordinator and you will work 4 days at our site located in Munro and 1 home office day.
Responsibilities

Coordinate the maintenance of local Quality and Food Safety systems, ensuring alignment with global policies.

Ensure and manage the maintenance of the local quality documentation system so that it is continuously updated.

Lead the execution of internal audits in the standards applied for Quality Management and Food Safety.

Coordinate Quality and Food Safety training for company employees.

Coordinate Supplier and Customer Quality programmes, aligned with global policies.

Lead the customer audit process and ensure management of the results obtained.

Lead and plan supplier audit processes.
Requirements
-
At least 4 years of experience in the Quality Assurance area, based on international certification standards, or in similar roles/functions.

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, or equivalent qualification suitable for the position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

ISO 9000 Quality Management System.

Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene (considered an asset).

Knowledge of SAP (considered an asset).

Knowledge of root cause analysis and use of problem-solving tools (verifiable certifications required).

Experience handling customer complaints

Experience en food safety Crisis management, Regional Document Control, Product Recall Procedures, Corrective Actions, Food Defense, Non-conforming Product Management, Change Control, Internal Audits, Allergen Control, Supplier Qualification, Prerequisite Program Manual, Monitoring Procedures for OPRPs and CCPs, Operational HACCP

Specialization in Quality and Food Safety Management.

Training as an auditor in ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards (preferred).
