We are seeking an AI leader with deep expertise in supply chain and operations to build and drive our AI Center of Excellence (COE). The AI COE Manager will establish the enterprise AI strategy, standards, and governance framework while accelerating responsible AI adoption across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning. This role serves as the connective tissue between business units, operations, technology, and compliance—driving alignment, enforcing guardrails, and delivering measurable operational efficiencies through AI.
Responsibilities

Define the AI vision for supply chain and operational excellence, covering forecasting, inventory optimization, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics automation

Develop the COE operating model, roadmap, and prioritization framework for AI use cases across global supply chains

Partner with senior operations leaders to translate strategic goals into AI initiatives and ensure executive sponsorship

Establish AI technology standards and reference architectures tailored to supply chain data and workloads

Implement governance frameworks that address token management, tool access/provisioning, data handling, policy compliance, and responsible AI guardrails for operations

Lead the evaluation and approval process for AI tools and models, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as import/export, ESG, quality, and safety

Champion enterprise adoption of AI platforms for supply chain use cases including digital twins, intelligent dispatching, scenario planning, and autonomous procurement

Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and manufacturing systems teams to integrate AI capabilities into ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and PLM ecosystems

Create reusable solution templates, accelerators, and automated workflows to improve cycle times and decision quality

Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and governance councils to align stakeholders on standards, priorities, and value realization

Develop training, playbooks, and adoption campaigns to upskill plant managers, planners, buyers, and logistics teams on AI-enabled processes

Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor compliance, operational impact, and ROI, and share insights with leadership
Requirements

7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields, with a strong track record of leading AI or digital transformation initiatives

Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, standards, and reference architectures for enterprise-scale operations

Expertise in AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude

Familiarity with supply chain systems including ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and PLM ecosystems

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to import/export, ESG, quality, and safety compliance

Background in change management, with experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and governance councils

Skills in defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure operational impact and ROI

Understanding of AI use cases in supply chain contexts, including digital twins, intelligent dispatching, scenario planning, and autonomous procurement

Proficiency in developing training programs, playbooks, and adoption campaigns for cross-functional teams

Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
