We're now looking for a hungry, driven Account Executive to join our Buenos Aires team and own the full sales cycle from first touch to closed won.
This isn't a role where you wait for leads to land in your lap. You'll prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, and close all while building something real in a high growth SaaS environment that values initiative and rewards results.

Requirements
What you'll own
Top of funnel

Hunt and engage decision makers across target accounts via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify inbound leads and move them quickly into active conversations

Run sharp discovery calls that uncover real pain points and create urgency

Own your pipeline, segment the market, build the book, drive the numbers

Partner with Marketing and other teams to maximise campaign follow through
Full-cycle execution

Take deals from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close

Deliver compelling demos tailored to each customer's specific needs

Build genuine relationships with legal, compliance, and marketing stakeholders

Target mid market and enterprise accounts in regulated industries

Keep your forecasting sharp and your CRM clean (HubSpot or similar)

Loop in Customer Success and Product early for seamless handoffs
What you'll bring

2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, privacy, martech, or legaltech a bonus

A track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts

Clear, confident communication, making the complex feel simple

A consultative mindset, you sell outcomes, not features
-
Comfort with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, etc.)

High accountability, low ego, big ambition
