In this role, you will coordinate client meetings, track goals and action items, maintain organized records, monitor business processes, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and ensure that clients receive outstanding support.

Requirements
- Professional English proficiency (mandatory). This role supports clients based in the United States, and all verbal and written communication is conducted in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support to U.S.-based clients or companies (required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Proactive mindset and strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with administrative, operational, project coordination, or client-facing responsibilities is highly valued.
