Job Opening: Graphic Designer / Brand & Social Media Designer
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer / Brand & Social Media Designer to support both companies. This position will be split between the two businesses, with a different primary focus for each. For Sapling, Inc., the role will focus primarily on graphic design work, including updating product images, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and existing online documents to maintain consistent, professional branding and marketing materials. For WolfPack Tackle, Inc., the role will focus more heavily on social media, product renderings, brand-building, and creating engaging visual content to attract traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and increase audience engagement.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), comfortable using AI-powered creative tools, and able to balance both graphic design and brand-building initiatives. Experience with rendering, video editing, animation, and social media content is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
● Use AI-powered tools for graphic design, image enhancement, content creation, and creative workflows.
● Update and improve brochures, product images, catalogs, and online materials for Sapling, Inc.
● Create 3D product renderings, social media content, and branding materials for WolfPack Tackle, Inc.
● Help strengthen brand identity and attract traffic through visual storytelling and marketing content.
● Experience with social media management and rendering software is a plus.
● Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate ideas into high-quality graphics.
● Prepare production-ready files, including layouts for packaging, catalogs, flyers, and digital ads.
● Edit and enhance product images using Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Edit videos for promotional content, product showcases, and online marketing.
● Produce basic motion graphics or short animation videos.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: o InDesign o Illustrator o Photoshop
● Experience using AI tools to create Images and 3D product rendering
● Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work and versatility.
● Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
