Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce / CRM Architect with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce and related CRM platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. This role requires strong expertise in CRM strategy, Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modeling, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce / CRM architecture aligned with business goals and technology standards.
- Lead solution design for Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and technical specifications.
- Define and maintain CRM data models, governance standards, security models, and best practices.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts during implementation and enhancement projects.
- Review configurations, customizations, and code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive CRM optimization initiatives, including automation, workflow improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to deliver CRM roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, release planning, and environment management.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex CRM issues and recommend long-term architectural improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce / CRM architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Solid understanding of CRM architecture principles, data modeling, integrations, and security design.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party system integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
- Additional certifications in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Integration Architecture are a plus
- Experience with multiple CRM platforms in addition to Salesforce.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
