We are seeking a modern, AI-powered marketer who is equal parts strategist, creator, storyteller, analyst, and operator - someone who can seamlessly move between high-level brand narrative, hands-on content creation, and data-driven growth execution.
This hybrid role blends growth marketing, full-spectrum content creation, and AI-driven workflow innovation to elevate AccelOne's presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, paid channels, email, SEO/SEM, and the corporate website.
This person will:
- Shape our brand narrative across all four strategic content pillars (AI & Innovation Leadership, Client Success Stories, Nearshore Culture, Industry Insights).

Produce a wide variety of high-performing content formats, including video scripts, interviews, short-form clips, carousels, long-form LinkedIn pieces, thought leadership posts, infographics, written case studies, and social-first creative.

Execute data-backed, multi-channel growth campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO/SEM, email nurture, paid media, and website optimization.

Build, refine, and optimize AI-assisted workflows for content production, repurposing, editorial planning, automation, competitive intelligence, and performance analysis.

Work closely with Sales, Leadership, and cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Talent, Engineering) to strengthen pipeline generation, reinforce brand authority, and ensure message alignment.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves crafting stories, excels in hands-on content creation across multiple formats, and is energized by using AI and modern tools to scale creativity, efficiency, and impact.
- Own the end-to-end content strategy, including editorial planning, storytelling, distribution, and repurposing across formats.

Develop and produce a wide range of LinkedIn-native and B2B social content, including:
- Video content (interviews, scripts, short-form clips, panels, explainers)

Written thought-leadership pieces, long-form LinkedIn articles, insights posts

Carousels, mini-slideshows, and visual storytelling posts

Infographics, data visuals, frameworks, and process breakdowns

Written case studies, client stories, technical narratives, and postmortems

Short-form insights, POV posts, and news reactions (AI, tech, industry trends)

Content repurposing from interviews, webinars, panels, and client sessions

Co-create content series aligned to AccelOne's four content pillars (AI & Innovation, Client Success Stories, Nearshore Culture, Industry Insights).

Collaborate closely with SMEs (CTO, engineering, UX, data, leadership) to translate technical knowledge into compelling narratives accessible to executives and practitioners.

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, message alignment, and visual standards across all content, in accordance with AccelOne's Brand Guidelines.

Develop modular content templates for fast production (scripts, carousels, articles, social copy, case study layouts).
- Plan and manage multichannel campaigns, including SEO, email sequences, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), and LinkedIn.

Increase awareness, traffic, and qualified pipeline using data-backed experimentation and performance analysis.

Build dashboards, measure marketing KPIs, and report insights to leadership.
Partner closely with Sales to align messaging, improve MQL- SQL flow, and strengthen demand generation systems.

- Ensure strong brand consistency across the website, social, sales assets, and multimedia content.

Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and internal teams (Design, Talent, Leadership).

Strengthen SOPs, campaign playbooks, content calendars, and AI-supported workflows.
- 4+ years in B2B digital marketing, growth, or content marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital services.

Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across formats (video, written, social, carousels, storytelling).

Hands-on experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social).

LinkedIn-first content and distribution expertise.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar performance tools.

Experience using AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Perplexity, Runway, Descript,+) in daily workflows.

Experience with branding initiatives, including brand refreshes, visual narrative development, or company website projects.

Background working in video content, social media production, editorial workflows, or multimedia content repurposing.

Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and/or AI-driven creative tools.

Strong experience with Notion, Miro, Figma, Canva, ClickUp, or equivalent collaboration tools.

CRM & marketing automation proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).

Strong analytics capability (GA4, dashboards, KPIs) with metrics-based decision making.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Talent).
