Remote Revit BIM Modelers – Scan-to-BIM & MEPF Projects
BIM Grooves is expanding! We are looking for Architects and Engineers with a strong technical background to join our team for US-based Scan-to-BIM & MEPF projects.
Requirements:
- Professional Background: Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of Revit experience (Advanced Level). Previous experience with US-based projects is highly preferred.
- Scan-to-BIM Specialist: Proven track record modeling from Point Clouds (LOD 300+).
- MEPF Knowledge: Experience modeling Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Precision: High attention to detail for structural identification and complex assemblies.
- Software: Revit and Navisworks. (ReCap: desirable / plus)
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) – Must be able to follow technical RFPs and documentation.
