ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology & Operations team. You'll also administer and configure Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, and keep our data clean as our revenue teams scale.
Success in this role looks like fast, reliable resolutions and a well-maintained Salesforce instance that stakeholders trust because the data is clean and reporting is accurate. By keeping Salesforce running smoothly, you'll directly enable our revenue teams to close deals faster, onboard shops seamlessly, and keep customers supported, creating a clear and visible impact across the business.

Skilled at building reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights
Ability to partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions
