We are looking for people with experience in OPI and VRI within the healthcare sector for the Spanish - English language pair. What are we looking for?
Advanced English level (C1 or higher), fully bilingual English-Spanish.
Proven experience: Minimum 6 months of previous experience in OPI/VRI specifically within the Healthcare/Medical sector.
Solid Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, healthcare procedures, and insurance terms.
Soft Skills: High level of emotional intelligence, cultural empathy, and extreme focus during long shifts.
Requirements: Must be over 18 years of age, have a noise-free home office setup, and pass our specialized English and medical proficiency tests.
