Your Day to Day

Manage end‑to‑end Order & Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established standards.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, invoicing, and related documentation.

Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues and discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and master data.

Ensure smooth data flow across systems (SAP and related tools) and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Monitor and report on key process KPIs (e.g., accuracy, aging, backlog, service levels) and take action to address deviations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and process optimization.

Provide guidance and functional support to more junior team members, acting as a subject matter expert for the O&I process.

Support transition, migration, or transformation projects impacting Order & Invoice Management.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
What We Are Looking For

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Solid senior‑level experience in Order Management, Invoice Management, Order to Invoice / Order to Cash processes, preferably in a corporate or GBS environment.

Hands‑on experience with SAP (ideally in sales, billing, or O2I‑related modules).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a regional or global environment.

Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

Advanced English, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently with international stakeholders.

Proactive, results‑oriented profile with strong attention to detail and focus on quality and customer service.

Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
