Our client is a performance-driven digital marketing agency scaling growth for clients in health, fintech, and beyond. They combine creative strategy with paid media execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
They are currently looking for a recent graduate who wants to build a long-term career in Paid Media and Media Buying.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who recently graduated from a degree related to Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a similar field, and is looking to gain hands-on experience inside a fast-paced agency environment.
The role is intentionally designed for early-career talent . Previous experience is not required, though candidates may have internships, freelance projects, coursework, certifications, or up to 1 year of experience in paid media or digital marketing.
You’ll work closely with senior media buyers, learn internal systems and processes, and gradually grow into a full Media Buyer role over time.
- Support campaign setup, QA, and launches across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign performance daily
- Pull reports and assist with performance analysis
- Learn the company’s campaign management systems and workflows
- Help organize creative assets and campaign documentation
- Coordinate with media buyers, creative teams, and analytics
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
- Support A/B testing initiatives and reporting
- Explore AI tools and automation opportunities to improve workflows
- Recently graduated (or are about to graduate) from a degree related to Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar
- Have a strong interest in Paid Media and performance marketing
- Have up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or media buying (internships and academic projects count)
- Have exposure to Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoy working with numbers, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Are eager to learn fast and grow inside an agency environment
- Have interest in AI tools and automation
- Communicate clearly and work well in collaborative teams
