The Senior Producer will fulfill best-in-class creative video and audio requirements across the four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. This role will fulfill strategic, engaging, effective, customer-focused video and audio projects, including the filming, creation, and editing of video and audio content as both standalone pieces and as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Senior Producer will work closely with the creative team, motion designers, writers and corporate stakeholders.
This person will be and/or demonstrate the following:
- Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with — and at times push — the boundaries of our brand
- Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver leading, relevant, and cohesive video and audio, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback when necessary
- Understand our company, target audiences and global financial markets to deliver creative solutions that fulfill business objectives
- Demonstrate a passion for storytelling and the potential for all aspects of design – typography, motion, copy, and imagery — to visualize our brand in bold, compelling ways
- Lead the production of world-class customer-focused video and podcast content that aligns with business goals and objectives
- Follow and contribute to refining standards and processes for the highest quality preproduction, in-studio, on-location, and post-production experience
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements and industry best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, production, and studio management
- Work with Senior Technical Producer to assess, document, and maintain third-party vendor
relationships
- Manage and track projects while working with The 199 team to develop reports on studio usage and
project metrics
Experience:
- Must provide a portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates your skills and experience
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in television or film production
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in film, communications, advertising, or related field
- Expertise in video production including lighting, audio, camerawork, editing, and graphics in both live broadcasts and pre-recorded content.

- Advanced proficiency in industry-leading storytelling through advanced filming, videography, and post- production editing skills
- Expertise in industry-standard podcast and video editing tools
- Advanced directorial skills and creative eye for peerless video content

- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently to solve complex problems
- An excellent problem solver who is willing to go above and beyond, exploring and implementing new solutions as the need arises
