Be the face of a high-growth AI startup led by a multiple-time exited founder
This is a full-time, remote Customer Success Manager role at Agent X, an AI company working at the front edge of agentic AI. Agent X builds fully customized agents for companies to automate repetitive work within their business and increase their profit margins.
As our Customer Success Manager, you are the face of Agent X to our customers. The moment a customer is sold and starts working with us, you are the door they walk through. You are their main point of contact and the person they come to for anything they need. You keep them happy, you keep them moving, and you make them feel taken care of. If you are a relationship builder who loves people, believes in AI, and wants to own the customer experience at an early-stage company, this one is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the Face of Agent X: Once a customer comes on board, you are their primary point of contact and the face of the company in their world.
- Own the Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a cohort of customers.
- Be Highly Responsive: Be there for customers when they need you. Fast, reliable, and friendly communication is the core of the job.
- Navigate Conflict: Handle, manage, and resolve conflict with customers calmly and professionally. This is one of the most important parts of the role.
- Champion the Customer: Understand what customers are trying to achieve, advocate for them internally, and make sure they see real ROI from Agent X.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior agency or CSM experience. Prior agency experience preferred.
- Impeccable English. Clear, polished, and professional communication, written and spoken.
- Relatable and personable. Customers genuinely enjoy working with you. You are warm, easy to talk to, and a joy to deal with.
- Confident, with strong client presence. You carry yourself well in front of customers and communicate with poise and authority.
- Handles conflict with grace. Calm under pressure and skilled at turning tense moments into resolved ones.
- An AI user. You use AI in your day-to-day life, get genuinely excited about it, and see the vision. You do not need to be a power user or deeply technical, but general AI knowledge is a strong plus.

This is a fully remote role.
Compensation & Hours
- $1,500–$2,000 USD per month.
- Full-time, remote.
About Agent X
Agent X builds AI agents that handle real work inside a business around the clock. Rather than chatbots that just answer questions, these are autonomous agents that operate inside the tools a company already uses, like email, CRM, and Slack, and carry out entire workflows on their own from start to finish.
In practice, the agents do things like respond to incoming leads within seconds, generate reports overnight, reconcile invoices, research prospects, and handle the recurring tasks that normally take up a team's time. The work runs continuously without manual oversight.
Agent X is a fully done-for-you service. The company identifies which work is worth automating, builds custom agents for it, deploys them into a business's existing tools, and maintains and improves them over time. The result is companies that operate with the capacity of a much larger team.
