Responsibilities

Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth and effective data flow

Implement automation solutions to enhance deployment processes

Collaborate with data scientists to increase data accessibility and usability

Monitor data systems to identify and resolve performance challenges

Develop and update documentation for workflows and operational procedures

Ensure compliance with industry standards for data security and regulatory requirements

Conduct regular evaluations of data systems to ensure reliability and quality

Participate in team discussions to share progress and contribute to project goals

Provide guidance and support to team members on the use of data tools and methodologies
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related discipline

Proficiency in data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka, containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud services

Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects

Strong problem-solving abilities in technical and complex environments

Effective communication skills to encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing

Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and collaboration
Nice to have

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus for tracking system performance

Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau

Familiarity with Agile methodologies for managing projects
