The role:
The Motion Designer will fulfill creative execution of video motion graphics projects across four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. This role will require enthusiasm, integrity, and a proven ability to ideate, develop, and deliver innovative concepts in line with brand guidelines while pushing to explore new creative methods to elevate the overall brand.
The Motion Designer will work closely with Creative Directors, producers, designers, and writers.
This person will be and/or demonstrate the following:
- Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with — and at times push — the boundaries of our brand
- Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver leading, relevant, and cohesive creative solutions, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback when necessary
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to key stakeholders
- Understand our company, target audiences, and global financial markets to deliver creative solutions that fulfill business objectives.
- Demonstrate a passion for storytelling and the potential for all aspects of design within video – typography, illustration, music, movement, imagery — to visualize our brand in bold, compelling ways
- Contribute to the production of world-class customer-focused videos that aligns with business goals

- Drive brand awareness across a variety of communication vehicles — long-form videos, explainer videos, GIFs, social media video
- Be an excellent conceptual thinker with a strong desire to generate innovative approaches
Experience:
- Must provide a portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, film, communication, or comparable
- +3 years of experience in motion design, industry-standard video editing and animation tools
- Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and hierarchy fundamentals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently to solve complex problems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Effective in a fast-moving environment, both independently and collaboratively
- Maintain a high degree of craft and attention to detail in all creative work
- Fluent in English
