Join our EPAM team as a Senior Revenue Accountant and elevate your career to new heights!
This position encompasses revenue accounting transactions, general ledger postings, contract analysis, and month-end close activities. You will assist accounting operations for the LATAM region while operating in a global financial setting aligned with international financial reporting standards.
You will become a vital member of our Revenue Accounting team, working alongside colleagues across multiple countries and supporting region-specific accounting processes and transactions.
Responsibilities

Prepare and manage GL entries, including revenue, accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications

Review client contracts and validate financial terms to ensure accurate accounting treatment

Issue invoices and record associated accounting entries in line with client contracts

Support month-end procedures

Assist with annual and interim audit requests

Communicate with customers and businesses through email or telephone

Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documentation

Coordinate with regional and local teams regarding LATAM-specific invoicing and accounting documentation requirements
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
-
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Competency in Spanish suitable for daily work within the LATAM region
Nice to have

Familiarity with local invoicing and accounting documentation requirements across Latin American countries

Capability to quickly grasp new processes and adopt new tools

Skills in organization and multitasking, with the capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP

Background in working with SAP or another ERP system
