We are seeking a talented and proactive Senior UIPath Developer to join our project as a Low Code/No Code Automation Specialist. The primary role is to develop, deploy and maintain automation solutions using UIPath, while also working with non-technical Product Owners to translate their requirements into effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities

Develop automation solutions with UIPath, leveraging pre-built templates and adhering to a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach for automation script development

Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and interpret technology requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective automation solutions

Take ownership of the automation process, from design and development to testing and deployment, to drive productivity improvements within the project

Work as part of the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices and offer guidance

Contribute to the development of automation standards and guidelines

Stay up-to-date with the latest Low Code/No Code and automation trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities
Requirements

3+ years of strong proficiency in UIPath (as the primary skill) with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using the tool

Solid understanding of Low Code/No Code principles and capability to use templates effectively to streamline automation development

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of automation scripts

Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to design efficient automation solutions

Passion for automation and a desire to drive innovation within the project
