Own the sales pipeline from post-consultation through close, keeping deals, tasks, follow-ups, and next steps moving on schedule.
Prepare accurate, client-ready proposals within the required 24-hour turnaround time after design consultations.
Support 1–2 Sales Managers handling approximately six consultations per day each by reviewing call recordings, design notes, product details, and pricing information.
Build estimates and proposals, then coordinate revisions, scope changes, pricing updates, and approvals across sales, design, and manufacturing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Pipedrive records, including deal stages, notes, deadlines, follow-up tasks, and next steps.
Proactively review Pipedrive, email, and open tasks to identify stale deals, overdue items, missing information, or SLA risks and follow through until resolved.
Keep Sales Managers and internal stakeholders aligned and accountable to deadlines through clear, timely, and professional communication.
Hand off closed projects to Production & Logistics with complete information, documentation, and assigned tasks.
Coordinate across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and customer support to prevent delays or missed handoffs.
Manage multiple active deals and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and turnaround expectations.
3–5+ years of remote or freelance work experience, preferably supporting US-based teams.
2–4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, Estimation, or a similar execution-heavy role.
Strong experience managing CRM pipelines, deadlines, follow-ups, and multiple active workstreams.
Experience supporting high-volume, high-ticket, or consultative sales environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication, ideally C1–C2 level.
Highly organized with strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
Proactive and able to identify the next priority without waiting for instructions.
Comfortable following up with teammates and holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines and processes.
Reliable, consistently responsive during committed working hours, and proactive in communicating schedule or availability changes.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently within an established process.
