We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with AI expertise to join an early-stage product environment focused on building an AI-driven backend system. The role centers on leveraging Python and FastAPI to deliver scalable, innovative solutions through rapid iteration and validation.
Responsibilities

Architect and implement backend services using Python and FastAPI, ensuring robustness and scalability

Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts and client managers to translate requirements into technical solutions

Lead technical discussions and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and knowledge sharing within the team

Manage multiple concurrent development tasks, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and project needs

Drive continuous improvement by researching new AI methodologies and backend technologies relevant to the project

Promote best practices in coding, testing and deployment processes

Requirements

3+ years of advanced proficiency in Python core development with a focus on backend architecture and performance optimization

Expertise in AI and large language model (LLM) technologies, applying them to real-world backend systems

Proficiency in building scalable backend services with FastAPI
