SDRs are frontline revenue drivers. You will work alongside Sales Executives as part of a global outbound team serving B2B technology companies. We are a team that believes live conversations outperform passive outreach, operates with high accountability and performance standards, uses AI and automation to support calling rather than replace it, values fast execution, clean follow-through, and measurable outcomes, and rewards producers who consistently generate pipeline results. How we set you up for success: 4–6 weeks of structured onboarding covering dialing frameworks, talk tracks, objection handling, and qualification before client deployment; training on industry-leading dialers, CRM platforms, and sales engagement tools; ongoing coaching from experienced sales leadership; exposure to multiple B2B technology industries within your first year; and clear activity standards and meeting expectations from Day 1.
