ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant Contractor to support a fast-paced home care operations team in New York City.
This role involves live communication, real-time documentation, and operational coordination during U.S. business hours.
You must be comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment with active monitoring of attendance, responsiveness, and work quality.
This role is NOT:
- A translation-only role
- A passive administrative job
- A flexible freelance gig

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage live inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and staff
- Document all interactions in real time with accuracy and speed
- Handle urgent operational issues and escalate appropriately
- Perform scheduling support, ticket updates, and administrative coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based management
- Maintain full responsiveness throughout scheduled shifts
- Follow strict internal procedures without deviation
- Support time-sensitive healthcare coordination tasks
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Language (Strict Requirement)
- Advanced English (spoken + written) required
- Advanced Russian (spoken + written) required
Technical & Work Environment
- High-speed, stable internet (no interruptions during shifts)
- Quiet workspace with no background disruption
- Ability to use multiple systems at once (calls, CRM, documentation tools)
- Fast typing and real-time documentation ability
Work Behavior Requirements
- Must be responsive within minutes during shifts
- Must remain actively engaged throughout the entire shift
- No multitasking with unrelated activities
- No repeated lateness or missed availability
- Must follow instructions exactly as given
Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Call center / customer service experience
- Healthcare coordination or medical office experience
- Remote U.S. client support experience

SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York Time)
- 35–40 hours per week
- Fixed schedule
COMPENSATION
- $12 USD Hourly Pay
- Paid weekly
- Performance-based increases available after proven reliability period
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a monitored, structured operational role.
Performance is evaluated based on:
- Attendance reliability
- Response speed during shifts
- Accuracy of documentation
- Professional communication quality
- Ability to follow procedures without much error
Failure to meet standards may result in termination of engagement.
