Our mission is to streamline diagnostics, enhance patient care, and offer convenience by bringing state-of-the-art ultrasound technology directly to healthcare providers.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Appointment Setter to connect with medical offices, schedule appointments with decision-makers, and coordinate follow-ups with our sales team. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and ensuring that more healthcare providers have access to our cutting-edge mobile ultrasound services.
Compensation:
Full time (40 hours/week)
Base $4.00 USD/Hour + Commission
(Easily earn over $1,000.00 - $1,500+ USD/ monthly)
Responsibilities
✅ Outbound Calls – Reach out to potential clients (private practices, concierge doctors, assisted living facilities) to introduce our services.
✅ Appointment Scheduling – Secure meetings for our sales team with decision-makers (e.g., physicians, office managers).
✅ Follow-Ups – Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone, email, or text to nurture leads.
✅ CRM Management – Keep records of calls, appointments, and interactions in our CRM.
✅ Lead Qualification – Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and persuasive speaking abilities.
✔ Sales & Appointment Setting Experience – Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or scheduling (healthcare experience is a plus!)
✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
✔ Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Driven to meet and exceed targets.
✔ Reliable Internet & Quiet Workspace – Ability to work remotely without distractions.
