Description
The Insights and Research Specialist provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Insights & Evidence Generation (I&EG) COE initiatives by executing tactical research activities, managing study operations, and enabling support with high quality data, documentation, and project coordination.
Key Skills Required:

Foundational understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts and methodologies

Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data and translate findings into clear outputs

Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, SPSS – exposure preferred)

Advanced level of English; strong oral/written communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
-
Research Execution Support: Execute administrative and tactical components of qualitative and quantitative research studies under Research Manager’s guidance.

Data Management: Support data collection, cleaning, documentation, and basic analysis for surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

Study Operations: Coordinate participant scheduling, tracking, reimbursements, and study logistics.

Survey & Tool Support: Assist with survey programming support, testing, and UAT tracker updates using approved templates.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare research documentation, trackers, reports, and presentation materials for internal teams. Draft and update lessons learned, internal summaries and case studies.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as an operational liaison between researchers, vendors, and study participants as needed.

Template & Asset Management: Create, update, and maintain study templates, trackers, and research artifacts.
Key Metrics to Monitor:

Research & Documentation Quality – Accuracy and completeness of research outputs and supporting documentation.

On Time Delivery – Assigned tasks and handovers completed within agreed timelines.

Process & Standards Adherence – Consistent use of Insights workflows, templates, and quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Operational & Financial Support: Support invoice documentation, budget tracking, and status updates (risks, issues, dependencies) in project and financial tracking tools under onshore direction.

Vendor & Partner Support: Assist with vendor coordination, documentation, and operational follow ups.

Publication Support: Support drafting and formatting of reports, summaries, and publications based on study outcomes.

Project Setup, Tracking & Materials Support - Maintains project documentation, Smartsheets, and core materials (e.g., kickoff decks, timelines) to ensure accurate tracking, alignment.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in healthcare, life sciences, social sciences, data analytics, or related field.

2+ years of relevant knowledge in a healthcare research and analytics
Preferred:
-
Internship or research assistant experience in clinical, academic, or healthcare research preferred.

Demonstrated interest in patient engagement, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), or health research.
