We are looking for a Presales Manager / GMx Payroll Win Center Manager with a strong focus on integrated Payroll services. In this role, you will lead end-to-end presales and pursuit activities, driving complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and delivering high-quality, competitive proposals that win business.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Presales, Bid Management, Commercial or Business Development roles
Experience in BPO / ITeS / Managed Services environments
Exposure to Payroll and HR services/technologies is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of commercial modeling, pricing, and CRM tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office / O365; PowerBI, advanced Excel, and bid automation tools are a plus
Ability to work in a global, virtual, and matrix organization under tight deadlines
