The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Argentina.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing warm, professional support while coordinating care efficiently using modern healthcare technology. You will help deliver exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk operations with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Handle patient registration, check-in/check-out processes, and insurance/verification documentation VIRTUALLY
- Serve as a Patient Care Coordinator by following up on appointments, communicating with clinical teams, and ensuring smooth care transitions
- Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
- Utilize IT tools and software proficiently to streamline operations and enhance patient experience
- Uphold strict confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish. (Additional languages are a plus!)
- Must have graduated from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (or equivalent strong academic performance). First Class Honours graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Highly IT-savvy comfortable learning and mastering new software systems, including EHR platforms (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
- Well-rounded individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
- Medical or healthcare-related background is preferred but not required — we welcome diverse experiences and fresh perspectives.
