About Us: We are an innovative LegalTech startup focused on transforming the practice of law in Argentina. We have developed "FidesLegis," an elite AI-powered legal assistant capable of analyzing, drafting, and structuring legal strategies based strictly on Argentine legislation. We are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for a key partner on the ground to scale our operations.
The Role: We are looking for a Lawyer with a strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset to join our core team as a Co-Founder / Country Manager. You will be the face of the company in Argentina, responsible for leading the sales strategy, acquiring new clients (law firms and corporate legal departments), and, crucially, providing your legal expertise to continuously train and refine our AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Design, execute, and lead the go-to-market strategy for Fides in the Argentine market. Prospect and close deals with law firms.
- Operations & Client Success: Oversee the implementation of the AI system for clients, manage onboarding, and gather vital market feedback.
- AI Training (Legal Engineering): Act as our core Subject Matter Expert (SME). Audit the AI's legal responses, design complex legal prompts, and provide substantive legal knowledge to enhance the system's reasoning capabilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Law Degree (Abogado/a) with a deep, practical understanding of Argentine law.
- Profile: Highly commercial, dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented. You are not just looking for a 9-to-5 job; you want to build a company.
- Passion: Strong interest in technology, Artificial Intelligence, and legal innovation (LegalTech).
- Skills: Ability to work autonomously and lead the local market operations from the ground up.
- Language: Advanced or fluent English is strictly required for seamless communication with the core software development team.
