HOT JOB: Independent Sales Agents – Peru, Chile & Argentina
Ningbo ECO Group is a fast-growing trading company and direct supplier of hand tools, garden equipment, power tools, welding equipment, household goods, and more.
With over 29 years of experience in the global market, we serve as the direct importer for brands including WORTEX, BULL, MOLOT, FERMER, ECO, ECOTERM, SOLARIS, STARTUL, and others. We currently partner with distributors across Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, and beyond.
We are now expanding into the South American market and looking for motivated Independent Sales Agents based in key industrial hubs across Peru (Lima), Chile (Santiago), and Argentina (Buenos Aires) to represent our product portfolio.
This is a part-time, commission-based position with flexible engagement and strong growth potential.

Your Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and establish B2B partnerships with importers and distributors across Peru, Chile, and Argentina to drive revenue across multiple product categories
✅ Actively promote our product range and convert prospects into long-term clients through expert product knowledge and strategic follow-up
✅ Lead negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnership agreements
What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong network in the South American industrial, hardware, or tools sector – particularly in Peru, Chile, and Argentina
✅ Excellent negotiation and account management skills – experience closing full container load (FCL) deals is highly valued
✅ Professional proficiency in English (native or advanced business level) – Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus
✅ Background in tools, welding, hardware, or garden equipment is a distinct advantage
