We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team.
This position provides the opportunity to influence technology direction and deliver effective solutions for patient service platforms and integrations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure that technology strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about building scalable and compliant architectures.
Responsibilities

Direct the creation of solution designs and develop thorough blueprints for patient service platforms and their integrations

Offer architectural guidance and review for various platform solutions, focusing on low-code and no-code methodologies

Advise on strategies for multi-channel orchestration to achieve seamless integration across Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Data360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, web platforms, and webinar tools

Review and suggest best practices for consent management solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and improve user experience

Evaluate and guide the development of data pipelines and data governance strategies from a comprehensive perspective

Provide recommendations for AI and machine learning solution architecture using Snowflake Cortex AI, Gen AI frameworks, and AWS technologies

Oversee the implementation of reporting and dashboarding solutions, including Power BI, to ensure alignment with business needs

Review integration strategies for patient service platforms to guarantee scalable and compliant architecture
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in solution architecture or similar roles
-
Minimum 2 years in leadership, management, or coordinator positions

At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more people

Practical experience with Salesforce platforms including Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, and Data360
-
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for orchestrating multi-channel solutions

Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Collibra, Unix, and Python for data engineering and integration tasks

Proven ability to integrate these technologies in complex environments

Demonstrated skill in driving solution design and developing comprehensive solution blueprints

Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, at C1+ level
Nice to have

Experience with Gen AI frameworks such as Langchain and Langgraph, and AWS services including S3, EC2, Sagemaker, and Bedrock for advanced AI and cloud solutions

Familiarity with Power BI for business intelligence and reporting

Knowledge of Amazon Voice, Mulesoft, OneTrust, Sitecore, and Rippit for expanded integration and platform capabilities
