The Senior Reports Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting, analytics, regulatory communications support, and operational process improvements for Fund Management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, cost allocation transparency, and regulatory compliance while supporting business decision-making through advanced reporting solutions.

Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by integrating data from multiple enterprise systems, databases, and business sources to support business decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Create innovative reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools using Access, Excel, SQL, and related technologies to improve data quality, controls, and operational efficiency.

Oversee cost allocation processes, ensuring internal and external expenses are accurately allocated to fund partners and lines of business while identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Manage the development, maintenance, testing, and enhancement of reporting applications and databases that support Fund Management operations and regulatory requirements.

Develop automation strategies, process improvements, and AI-enabled solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting accuracy.

Coordinate data collection, analysis, reporting, and delivery activities related to regulatory communications, shareholder reports, product disclosures, and fund prospectus distribution.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to support reporting and operational processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools, including hands-on experience developing and maintaining reporting solutions.

Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results.

Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Technical proficiency in Excel VBA, VBA, Python, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and other automation or development tools.

Working knowledge of AI-enabled technologies and the ability to apply them to improve workflow efficiency, reporting quality, and process automation.

3-5 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, financial operations, fund management, regulatory reporting, or a related analytical function.

Experience working with enterprise data environments, including DB2, SQL Server, and large-scale reporting platforms.

Proven ability to design and implement process improvements, automation solutions, and reporting enhancements that drive measurable business impact.

Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience supporting regulatory communications, shareholder reporting, investment operations, or financial services environments.
