We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Partner Channel Manager with strong B2B content and enablement expertise to support partner ecosystem growth, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams to create compelling partner-facing and customer-facing content that drives engagement, enablement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, understands B2B technology storytelling, and has experience managing content operations end-to-end — from intake and briefing through reviews, approvals, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage high-quality B2B content across multiple formats, including:
* Long-form copy
* One-pagers
* Email campaigns
* Newsletters
* Partner enablement collateral
* Sales enablement materials
* GTM messaging assets
* Collaborate with partner, sales, marketing, and product stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling content initiatives
* Own and manage content operations processes including:
* Intake management
* Content calendars
* Stakeholder reviews
* Version control
* Approvals and publishing workflows
* Work from structured briefs and templates while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning
* Coordinate closely with design teams to ensure content is delivered in a visually compelling and brand-aligned manner (design execution itself is not required)
* Support partner/channel marketing initiatives and ecosystem engagement campaigns
* Continuously refine messaging based on feedback, market positioning, and GTM priorities
Required Qualifications
* 3–6+ years of experience in B2B content writing, product marketing, enablement, or related marketing roles
* Strong demonstrated writing portfolio including:
* Long-form content
* One-pagers
* Email nurture campaigns
* Newsletters
* Partner/sales enablement materials
* Proven experience managing content operations and cross-functional review processes
* Strong ability to work independently from briefs, templates, and stakeholder direction
* Experience collaborating with designers and marketing teams in fast-paced environments
* Proficiency with standard collaboration and productivity tools:
* Microsoft Word
* PowerPoint
* Google Docs / Workspace equivalents
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in partner/channel marketing or ecosystem marketing
* Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise technology, AI, cloud, or learning/enablement domains
* Experience supporting sales enablement or partner enablement programs
