Job Description
The role predominantly involves project governance. As a lead you would typically manage projects that span multiple businesses across Investment Banking Technology. You may be involved in various projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle. Through strong partnership with Identity & Access Management and application teams, you'll work on key project deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Weekly reporting and tracking of Key Risk Indicators
- Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and issues
- Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions to understand risk implications
- Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement
- Explore AI/ML for automation opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Project management
- Ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team lead that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently
- Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Cloud Platforms (E.g. AWS)
- Exposure to AI/ML patterns and models desirable
- Previous exposure/experience of cyber technologies and controls desirable
