Develop a comprehensive management of the chain under their responsibility in the Argentina Traditional Channel (GBA Sur), through planning, proposing, executing, controlling and monitoring sales strategies, visiting the local clients and distributors, negotiations, promotional events and other activities of the chain under their responsibility; supported by the marketing guidelines and allocated resources, in order to achieve sales objectives (sell-in - sell-out), introducing new products, detecting potential customers, allowing to improve market share and profitability of the company.
Carry out, together with the areas of Marketing, Trade Marketing, projects that lead to meeting the indicators of commercial effectiveness, in order to maintain or achieve leadership of the company on the assigned account(s).- Effectively manage promotional activities and events tailored to client needs.
- Visit the local clients and distribuidors.
- Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team for POS business development programs.
- To visit the market (Traditional Channel) and carry out audits in the businesses ensuring that 100% of the points of sale included in a key account are complying with the guidelines / parameters established and agreed with the client regarding spaces, presence and prices.
- Carry out and develop agreements for promotional activities and merchandising, aligning the strategies of the brands with commercial conditions.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify, and where appropriate apply, best practices that promote business growth in the assigned account(s).
- Ensure account profitability and the management of discounts and activities aligned with plans/strategies.
- Responsible for the recovery of the portfolio under the established terms with the chain and clarification of balances.

Degree or above in Business, Marketing or similar discipline

Exposure to working directly with customers and sales teams.

Minimum 3-4 years Sales experience

Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking, collaboration, influence, customer focus, and achieving results in alignment with business goals.
