Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimisation of sales and commercial operations processes, simplifying, standardising and scaling ways of working across regions and functions.
- Develop and maintain pricing, costing and deal-modelling tools; support pricing strategy and contribute to large RFP responses to improve win probability.
- Host commercial quality assurance reviews with senior stakeholders, promoting accurate pricing, realistic margin assumptions and commercially robust deal decisions.
- For EMEA and APAC provide financial and commercial support on large or complex deals, including ad hoc analysis and tactical cost improvement recommendations.
- Manage sub-contracting and third-party legal engagement — 3rd Party responsible for MSA reviews.
- Manage the EMEA & APAC Kimble win process and own end-to-end regional pipeline management: funnel hygiene, stage discipline, data quality and forecast reliability.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting on bookings, KPI performance, pipeline trends and other commercial or sales operations metrics.
- Support win/loss data analytics and maintain target account lists for campaigns, events and strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop sales operations enablement materials and drive adoption; challenge existing processes and lead practical change management.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of process improvements, pricing tools, productised offerings and contract-operations initiatives; partner with leadership on strategy and OKRs.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial drivers, sales performance and the operational levers behind profitable growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data, process and technology to resolve complex issues.
- Strong pipeline management, sales operations and reporting expertise, with a focus on data quality and forecast reliability.
- Working knowledge of commercial contract terms and risk areas (flow-down, IP, liability, confidentiality, change control) sufficient to manage an outsourced legal/contracting partner and escalate appropriately — not to draft contracts personally..
- Financial modelling and pricing tool capability; advanced spreadsheet automation experience advantageous.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder skills — diplomatic, effective communication with senior and external partners, able to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management, workshop facilitation and change management experience, including risk management and conflict resolution.
- Salesforce experience desirable; people management experience required; ability and willingness to travel when needed.
