Job Description
Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy talent and technology. The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a Netsuite Business Analyst to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
1. Netsuite Implementation: Assist in the design, configuration, and customization of Netsuite to meet the company's specific business needs and requirements.
2. Data Management: Manage and ensure the integrity of data within Netsuite, including data migration, data cleansing, and ongoing data maintenance.
3. System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patches, and system enhancements to keep Netsuite up-to-date and aligned with the latest features and best practices.
4. User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them in the effective use of Netsuite.
5. Customization and Development: Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and reports to extend Netsuite's functionality and address unique business needs.
6. Integration: Integrate Netsuite with other business systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
7. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks related to Netsuite.
8. Security and Access Control: Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and data security.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Netsuite's latest features and industry best practices to identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.
Additional Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience (typically 2+ years) in Netsuite administration, development, or implementation.(MUST HAVE)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. (MUST HAVE)
- Must be able to do code reviews and user stories.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex billing/invoicing solutions. (MUST HAVE)
- Experience with leveraging multiple processors and concurrent processing to improve performance.
- Familiarity with data integration and middleware tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Possess Good communication skills to interact with business resources to help define requirements and create user stories.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take lead role on enterprise level project with minimal direction.
- Ability to communicate project needs between business and technology teams.
- Able to conduct an assessment on the impact of implementations of various systems.
