Purpose of Role: The position plays a key role in ensuring high quality customer service, supporting all field activities, and overseeing deployment and maintenance planning in alignment with established standards. This position requires hands-on participation in installation and maintenance projects across Argentina, as well as providing technical training and essential administrative support. The Field Services Lead serves both as a role model and an administrative for the Regional Field Service Team

Key Responsibilities:

Focus Area: To lead and mentor the Regional Field Services Technicians of Motion Metrics, schedule and supervise the field service activities in Argentina.

Focus Area: Conduct technical training sessions for diverse audiences—customers and internal teams—tailored to varying levels of expertise.

Focus Area: In conjunction with Global teams, tailor and implement Field Service programs to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and support organizational growth in the region

Focus Area: Track program performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness, resolve challenges, and ensure scalability.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering is preferred in the areas of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics. - At least three years of experience in the mining industry or working with heavy mining equipment as a Field support or Maintenance Lead is a plus

Excellent time management and communication skills

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

Desired eligibility requirement: Good command of English, both written and conversational

Desired eligibility requirement Knowledge of Cloud computing, Windows & Linux OS, Networking and communication systems would be an asset.
