The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner; an individual who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across all things Product.
What you will do:

Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and identify ideal candidate profiles.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.).

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest.

Leverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting.

Who you are:

Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models, with end-to-end experience

Experience in recruiting across Product, Tech and Business
- Innovative, and outside of the box thinker who is not afraid to express their opinion, present new ideas and is open to continuous feedback.

The ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time!

You have a proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; building a rapport throughout and ultimately closing offers!

Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives
