About the Role
NorthWing is a digital marketing agency that runs a highly intentional outbound program. We do not blast cold emails or send generic LinkedIn messages. We reach out only when we have something genuinely useful to offer — a specific insight, a real observation, a concrete opportunity we spotted for that company.
This role owns that entire process end to end. You will identify target accounts, audit their digital presence to find real issues, create short value-first artifacts (Loom videos or annotated screenshots), and send outreach that earns a conversation rather than demanding one. This is not a typical BDR role. It requires genuine digital marketing knowledge, strong written English, and the judgment to know when an insight is worth sending and when it is not.
What You Will Do
Account Research & Selection
- Identify 50 target accounts per week that match our ideal customer profile
- Confirm each account is actively investing in growth before proceeding
- Find at least one visible, specific, external issue before outreach begins
Rapid Value Scan (The Core Skill)
- Audit one channel per account — paid ads, website conversion path, or SEO/AI visibility
- Identify one specific, observable issue that a CMO would agree matters
- Move on if no clear issue is found — we do not reach out without a real insight
Value Artifact Creation
- Create a 1–2 minute Loom video or annotated screenshot per account
- Communicate the issue clearly with no jargon, no pitch, no services language
- The artifact must be useful even if no conversation ever happens
Outreach Execution
- Send initial outreach via LinkedIn and email on behalf of the founder
- Follow up at 7–10 day intervals with new value each time — never 'just checking in'
- Stop after two follow ups and respect silence as a decision
CRM & Reporting
- Log every sequence in HubSpot with industry tag, issue observed, artifact type, and response quality
- Flag warm replies immediately for the founder to take over
- Contribute weekly observations on what messaging is working and what is not
What We Are Looking For
Required
- 2+ years experience at a digital marketing agency in any role (strategist, account manager,
analyst, paid media)
- Strong working knowledge of at least one channel: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or website CRO
- Excellent written English — you will be writing on behalf of the founder
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Loom
- High attention to detail and strong independent judgment
Strongly Preferred
- Experience doing outbound prospecting or business development
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, or Instantly
- Experience working with US or UK based clients or agencies
You Are a Fit If You...
- Find it genuinely satisfying to spot a real problem in someone's marketing
- Would rather send five great messages than fifty mediocre ones
- Take pride in writing clearly and not wasting people's time
- Are self-directed and do not need daily micromanagement
NOTE: This a full-time, contract role that is 100% remote. We are looking for applicants in the Buenos Aires area. You will be working during our core business hours, which are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Central Time.
Compensation will be hourly + bonuses for qualified booked meetings.
