We are searching for a top-tier Senior Software Engineer to come aboard our team.
This opportunity reaches beyond standard backend roles — we want practical, action-oriented engineers who can swiftly adapt to new systems, ship complete working solutions, and tap into modern AI capabilities to boost development speed. Engineers in this team will serve as high-value problem solvers, moving between different groups to fix live production issues, deliver new features, and reinforce system reliability — usually under tight schedules and in highly fluid circumstances.

Get acquainted quickly with new code repositories, install and run applications on local machines, and ship working results within strict deadlines
-
Pinpoint and resolve intricate production faults that impact several platform teams
-
Steer features through the entire delivery cycle, from writing code and adding integration tests to deploying via CI/CD pipelines
-
Engage with distributed system landscapes and large enterprise microservice setups
-
Tap into AI-driven assistants (such as Copilot, Claude Code, or comparable offerings) for writing and improving code, generating and polishing tests, and easing debugging and routine engineering activities
-
Examine AI-produced results closely and correct any errors, mistaken assumptions, or missing details
-
Construct, repair, and optimize build pipelines with technologies including Gradle, Maven, and an array of CI setups
-
Cooperate with platform teams to address incidents and roll out safeguards that prevent reoccurrence

-
Working command of build technologies like Gradle and Maven, plus dependency control and environment configuration
-
Strong analytical and root cause investigation abilities for build problems, dependency conflicts, and runtime failures
-
Authentic experience weaving AI tools into engineering routines beyond basic autocomplete, encompassing carefully structured prompts, layered AI-driven workflows, and iterative tuning of generated content
-
Skill in validating AI-generated code, identifying missing components or incorrect assumptions, and shaping the output to production-grade quality
-
Clear understanding of when AI tools improve efficiency and when conventional engineering effort is the better path
-
Comfort working under pressure, in murky situations, and with minimal direction
-
Strong English communication, both spoken and written (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
-
Working knowledge of Kotlin for backend or other JVM-based engineering
