Position Overview We are seeking a confident, experienced remote cold caller to generate leads and book appointments for our sales team. You will be the first voice potential clients hear — so professionalism, clarity, and persistence are a must.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to residential and commercial prospects in the NY & NJ area
- Introduce our cleaning services and generate qualified leads
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records daily
- Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets
- Follow up consistently with warm leads
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, and confident phone presence
- Minimum 1–2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience (cleaning, home services, or B2B preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
- Personal computer or laptop in good working condition
- Quiet, professional home work environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus
