We are seeking a Lead Oracle ERP (NetSuite) Engineer to drive revenue recognition solutions using NetSuite native capabilities and hands-on development. Responsibilities

Lead revenue recognition solution strategy using NetSuite native features as the primary approach

Design and document functional specifications and detailed solution designs

Partner with stakeholders to uncover challenges, probe requirements, and recommend optimal solutions
-
Build demo code and full SuiteScript solutions including scripts and RESTlets
-
Implement Order-to-Cash and ARM configurations aligned to item catalog and record structures
-
Create unit tests and verify solutions according to project standards and test protocols
-
Provide post-production support focused on NetSuite ERP revenue recognition functions
-
Coordinate with developers, QA, and analysts to deliver end-to-end SDLC outcomes

Ensure solutions align with OneWorld, Multi-Currency, ARM, and NSAW usage patterns
-
Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
-
5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)

Revenue recognition experience with deep process and functional knowledge

Lead-level ownership and ability to drive solution strategy with minimal guidance

Strong functional specification skills and design documentation experience

Strong SuiteScript skills including scripts and RESTlets and understanding of NetSuite internals

Strong unit testing skills and experience with verification protocols across the SDLC

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication

Strong teamwork skills collaborating with developers, QA, and analysts
-
Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
