JOB DESCRIPTION
Help deliver a consistent and compliant employee experience at a critical moment in the employee lifecycle. As an HR Offboarding Lead, you will guide employees and managers through end-to-end offboarding while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion. You'll contribute to a strong control environment by maintaining clear records and ensuring processes align with requirements. As an HR Offboarding Lead in the Human Resources team, you will supervise the end-to-end offboarding process and support employees and managers through required steps. You will partner with HR stakeholders to ensure offboarding activities align with local regulations and company policies. You will ensure accurate, complete documentation and support related mobility and transfer processes across legal entities.

Supervise end-to-end offboarding activities and guide employees and managers through required regulatory and policy steps

Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure offboarding processes align with local regulations and company policies

Ensure departing employee files are complete, accurate, and digitized in the appropriate systems

Respond to employee and manager questions related to offboarding timelines, documentation, and next steps

Review and support outbound repatriations and permanent transfer processes, coordinating required documentation and approvals

Manage in-country transfers between legal entities, ensuring regulatory documentation is produced, recorded, and retained accurately

Maintain trackers and status updates to ensure timely completion and appropriate escalation of risks or delays
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and improve the offboarding experience
- Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience managing or supporting HR offboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration

Knowledge of applying local regulatory requirements and internal policies to HR processes

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across teams

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Experience supporting employee mobility activities such as repatriations and permanent transfers

Experience managing transfers between legal entities and related documentation requirements

Experience using HR systems and digital document management tools

Experience supporting audits, controls, or compliance-related reporting for HR processes

Demonstrated ability to improve processes through standardization and automation
