We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Recruiter who wants to start or grow a career in tech recruitment and learn from real hiring projects.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
- Conduct initial interviews (intro calls) with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / CRM
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support senior recruiters with active vacancies
- Learn recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview frameworks
Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with information, follow processes, and meet deadlines
- English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment
Nice to have
- First experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer support
- Experience with LinkedIn or job platforms
- Interest in IT, startups, or technology industry
