Serás el experto de mercados clave, transformando datos complejos en insights accionables y estratégicos que impulsen el performance de nuestras marcas (Natura & Avon), además de detectar oportunidades de negocio.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Tu desafío en este puesto:
Consultoría Estratégica: Actuarás como consultor para los equipos de Marketing y Comercial en diferentes mercados, apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas con evidencia cuantitativa y cualitativa.
Performance 360°: Integrarás indicadores de Sell-Out, Brand Equity y KPIs de negocio para monitorear el desempeño de nuestras marcas frente a la competencia.
Inteligencia de Mercado: Liderarás el análisis de fuentes indicadas ( Kantar/ Nielsen, Euromonitor ) para anticipar tendencias del shopper e identificar oportunidades/riesgos.
Gestión End-to-End: Liderarás proyectos de investigación (Ad-hoc y Continuos) desde el briefing hasta la presentación de resultados accionables.
Excelencia Operativa: Gestionarás la relación con agencias, presupuesto y procesos administrativos (contratos/facturación).
