Overview
Graffeo Technology Services supports micro and small businesses across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online consultant for client projects, internal Microsoft 365 initiatives, and occasional Microsoft 365 support.
The primary focus is project and implementation work. You will assess requirements, recommend and build Microsoft solutions, configure permissions and security, document your work, and communicate directly with U.S. clients.
Scope
- Client-facing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint projects
- Internal Microsoft 365 administration and optimization
- Occasional Microsoft 365 support
Location
Remote. Contractor must live in Buenos Aires or the surrounding metropolitan area.
Engagements
Assignments may be hourly, fixed-price, or ongoing monthly work depending on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build SharePoint Online sites, libraries, metadata, navigation, and intranets.
- Configure SharePoint permissions, security groups, external sharing, and access controls.
- Plan and execute SharePoint migrations and reorganizations.
- Configure and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, users, groups, licenses, roles, and security settings.
- Work with Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Apply Microsoft security, governance, and information-management best practices.
- Perform Microsoft 365 assessments and remediation.
- Assess Copilot readiness and configure Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Produce clear technical documentation.
- Participate in discovery, planning, testing, training, and client handoff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting, administration, engineering, or implementation experience.
- Strong SharePoint Online design and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint permissions and sharing models.
- Working knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Microsoft solutions.
- Professional written and spoken English for client meetings and documentation.
- Availability for reasonable overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications.
- Power Automate and Power Apps experience.
- Microsoft Intune experience.
- Microsoft Purview or compliance experience.
- SharePoint migration experience.
- Prior work with U.S. or international clients.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30,500.00 - $53,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
