Diagnocat is a global leader in AI-powered dental technology, delivering computer vision technology that transforms how clinicians interpret 2D and 3D dental imagery. Our platform is trusted by dental practices, DSOs, and imaging centers worldwide to elevate diagnostic accuracy, streamline clinical workflows, and deliver better patient outcomes. We're expanding fast across Latin America - and we need a bilingual Customer Success Manager to own the region.
This is a strategic account ownership role, not a support queue. You will guide dental practices and DSO partners from onboarding through long-term success - building relationships at every level, driving adoption of smarter workflows, and growing the LATAM book alongside commercial activities.
What you'll do:
▸ Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of LATAM accounts.
▸ Build high-touch relationships with dentists, office managers, and DSO leadership.
▸ Conduct regular business reviews and manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
▸ Serve as the voice of the LATAM customer internally - influencing product and roadmap.
▸ Track account health and report on key metrics in HubSpot.
What we're looking for:
▸ 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a B2B SaaS or healthcare tech company.
▸ Fluent in Spanish and English - you use both daily in calls, emails, and training.
▸ Track record of hitting utilization and expansion targets.
▸ Background in clinical dentistry, dental radiology, or healthcare IT is a strong advantage.
▸ Excited about AI and how it can transform clinical workflows.
▸ Portuguese is a significant plus.
