Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Buenos Aires, including culture, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Fluency in Italian
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
- Friendly, welcoming, and engaging personality
- Previous guiding or hosting experience is a plus but not required
