Currently, we are looking for a People Advisory Specialist who is an independent operational contributor within the People Partnership and Advisory function, supporting the employee lifecycle across the organization.
This role provides advisory services to managers and employees on HR processes, policy interpretation, employee relations, and compliance matters at a location or country level.
Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters

Guide stakeholders through key moments of the employee journey, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience

Interpret internal guidelines and provide clear recommendations tailored to specific situations

Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution of workplace issues in a fair and timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of people-related initiatives and programs

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to people activities and inquiries

Monitor trends and surface insights to help improve people-related practices and processes

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to existing workflows and tools
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field

2+ years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory, or related HR operational roles

Hands-on experience supporting onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes across the employee lifecycle

Practical knowledge of talent management practices, including development planning and career growth support

Experience contributing to performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes

Solid background in employee relations, including handling sensitive matters and supporting conflict resolution

Strong understanding of policy and compliance topics, including the ability to interpret and apply internal guidelines

Familiarity with the people management processes that operate within an organization

Working knowledge of local labor laws and regulations relevant to the supported geography

Experience using HR platforms and tools, such as people platforms, case management systems, and Level Up for skills tracking

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)
